PHOTOGRAPHY
I photograph women, motherhood, and moments of quiet connection — not as they should look, but as they feel.
My work is rooted in presence, slowness, and the belief that there is power in being seen without performance. I’m drawn to the in-between moments: breath, stillness, softness, strength that doesn’t need to announce itself.
Much of my inspiration comes from nature — from wide open landscapes, changing light, and the calm intelligence of horses. These environments invite the body to settle and the mind to quiet, creating space for something honest to emerge.
My sessions are gentle and intuitive. You don’t need to know how to pose or prepare. We move slowly, often outdoors, guided by feeling rather than instruction. I create a calm, safe space where you can arrive as you are.
I’m especially drawn to photographing women and mothers in seasons of change — moments that are often intense, tender, and fleeting. These portraits are not about documenting perfection, but about honouring presence, strength, and humanity.
I’m a mother. I am a life long horse woman. I am a model myself. This helps me guide the shoot. I live and work in Pemberton, British Columbia, surrounded by wilderness that continually shapes how I see and create.
If my work resonates with you, I’d love to hear from you.
Sessions are available by inquiry.
